Return and Refund Policy

We follow a specific policy for returns and exchanges:

Return and Exchange Conditions:
• Period: Returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: The perfume must be completely sealed in its original cellophane packaging, unopened, unsprayed, and completely unused.
• Damaged or Broken Products: To guarantee your right to compensation, you MUST film a clear unboxing video when opening the shipping box for the first time showing the damage or breakage immediately upon delivery, and provide it to us within 24 hours of receipt. The store apologizes for not accepting any claims of damage or shortage without an unboxing video.

Shipping Costs:
• The customer bears all shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
• The store bears the full shipping costs only in the event of a mistake in the order or damage proven by the unboxing video.
